Im Rahmen der Nacht der Nachhaltigkeit 2021

Cooking To Support Regenerative Agriculture And A Healthy Planet For Future Generations with Heidi Leonard, Freiburg. It starts with what you choose to put in your shopping cart! Our diet and food choices are a significant part of everyday life, so if you are asking yourself how you can make a positive impact on the planet, look no further than your own dinner plate! Together we will reflect on ways that we can contribute positively to a food system that is equitable and regenerative. After a short presentation, we will cook and enjoy a sustainable and fair dinner together. We will consider practical ways that we can better the earth on which we grow our food, lessen our ecological impact and increase fairness for our global producers, while continuing to enjoy delicious and nutritious high quality foods.

Heidi Leonard grew up in California and has been living in Germany for the past 28 years. For the past 17 years she has been teaching sustainable cooking.
